Crumbed Chicken Fingers - (GF, NF)

COOK TIME: 30min SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 700g chicken tenderloins

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp garlic oil

  • 2 cups bread crumbs - Gluten free

  • ¾  cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½  tsp salt

  • ¼  tsp ground pepper

  • Olive oil spray

  • Tomato sauce gluten free - optional


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spray oil.

  • Step 2: Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl.

  • Step 3: Mix all the other ingredients together in another mixing bowl.

  • Step 4: Coat each tenderloin with a layer of beaten egg, followed by a layer of crumbed mixture.

  • Step 5: Place each crumbed tenderloin onto baking tray.

  • Step 6: Spray all tenderloins with olive oil, before transferring tray into oven.

  • Step 7: Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked and golden.

  • Step 8: Serve with Tomato dipping sauce.
