INGREDIENTS:
700g chicken tenderloins
2 eggs
1 tsp garlic oil
2 cups bread crumbs - Gluten free
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
Olive oil spray
Tomato sauce gluten free - optional
METHOD:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spray oil.
Step 2: Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Step 3: Mix all the other ingredients together in another mixing bowl.
Step 4: Coat each tenderloin with a layer of beaten egg, followed by a layer of crumbed mixture.
Step 5: Place each crumbed tenderloin onto baking tray.
Step 6: Spray all tenderloins with olive oil, before transferring tray into oven.
Step 7: Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked and golden.
Step 8: Serve with Tomato dipping sauce.
