INGREDIENTS:
40g white rice
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 ½ cups milk
Strawberry jam
METHOD:
Step 1: Combine rice, milk and vanilla essence in a saucepan.
Step 2: Place saucepan over medium heat and bring to boil.
Step 3: Lower heat and cook covered for 35 minutes or until creamy.
Step 4: Remove cooked pudding off heat.
Step 5: Place pudding in small bowls and allow to cool slightly.
Step 6: Use strawberry jam to decorate with fun smiley faces and serve warm.
