Cream Cheese Sushi

PREP TIME: 5min

COOK TIME: 5min SERVES: 1-2

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 slices of bread

  • Cream cheese spread

  • 6 spinach leaves, washed

  • 2 slices ham

METHOD:

  • Step 1: Cut crusts off slice bread.

  • Step 2: Spread each bread slice with cream cheese.

  • Step 3: Place a slice of ham and 3 spinach leaves on each piece of bread.

  • Step 4: Roll the bread into sushi rolls and cut each roll in half to serve.
