INGREDIENTS:
140g butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups plain flour
3/4 cups milk chocolate chips
METHOD:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C.
Step 2: Line two cookie trays with baking paper.
Step 3: Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Step 4: Roll mixture into 12 balls. Place balls onto the baking tray 3cm apart
Step 5: Press balls down slightly to flatten.
Step 6: Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
Step 7: Allow to cool on wire rack and then serve.
