3 large bananas
1 cup chocolate melts
½ cup sprinkles
Step 1: Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2: Pour sprinkles into a cup and set aside on work bench.
Step 3: Chop each banana into 5 equal bitesize pieces.
Step 4: Place each piece of banana at the end of a popsicle stick.
Step 5: In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the chocolate melts for 60 seconds. Stir the melted chocolate until a smooth consistency forms.
Step 6: Pick up one popsicle stick and dip half of the banana into the melted chocolate. Then coat it in sprinkles by dipping it into the prepared cup.
Step 7: Place the choc banana bite onto the lined tray.
Step 8: Repeat this process until remaining bananas are coated.
Step 9: Refrigerate choc banana bites and serve when chocolate has set.
