1kg sliced chicken breast
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 ½ cups cornflake crumbs
1 ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
Olive oil spray
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spray oil.
Step 2: Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Step 3: Mix all the other ingredients together in another mixing bowl.
Step 4: Coat breast slice with a layer of beaten egg, followed by a layer of crumbed mixture.
Step 5: Place each crumbed schnitzel onto baking tray.
Step 6: Spray all schnitzels with olive oil, before transferring tray into oven.
Step 7: Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked and golden.
Step 8: Serve with Tomato dipping sauce.
