INGREDIENTS:
500g minced chicken
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
½ cup parmesan, grated
¼ cup fresh coriander, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp ginger powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
Spray olive oil
METHOD:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spray oil.
Step 2: Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Step 3: Roll 2 tablespoons of mixture into a ball.
Step 4: Place the meatball onto the lined baking tray.
Step 5: Repeat this method to create 12 meatballs on the tray.
Step 6: Spray meatballs with oil and place in oven.
Step 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes.
