INGREDIENTS:
1 cup rice
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp chilled cream cheese spread
¼ tsp salt
METHOD:
Step 1: Boil rice (according to packet instructions).
Step 2: Loosely drain the rice. Leave the rice slightly wet and return back to the saucepan.
Step 3: Add the olive oil, cream cheese and salt and mix well to combine.
Step 4: Serve warm.
