Cheesy Rice

PREP TIME: 5min

COOK TIME: 15min SERVES: 4-6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup rice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp chilled cream cheese spread

  • ¼ tsp salt

METHOD:

  • Step 1: Boil rice (according to packet instructions).

  • Step 2: Loosely drain the rice. Leave the rice slightly wet and return back to the saucepan.

  • Step 3: Add the olive oil, cream cheese and salt and mix well to combine.

  • Step 4: Serve warm.
