12 Large Brushed potatoes
500g Tasty cheese, shredded
450g Sour Cream
10g chives, finely chopped
Step 1: Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2: Wash and dry each potato.
Step 3: Wrap each potato up in aluminum foil and place on a baking tray. Cook for 60 minutes.
Step 4: Once cooked, carefully remove potatoes from foil and place them on a flat plate or platter.
Step 5: Slice potatoes open and season with salt.
Step 6: Stuff them with shredded cheese, sour cream and chopped chives to serve.
