Gluten Free, Egg Free & Nut Free

INGREDIENTS:
500g Penne pasta - gluten free / egg free
500g frozen broccoli florets
1 litre water
2 tbsp garlic oil
¾ cup olive oil
¾ cup parmesan, grated
Salt
Pepper
METHOD:
Step 1: Place water in a large saucepan.
Step 2: Salt the water with 1 teaspoon of salt and bring the salted water to boil.
Step 3: Add the broccoli florets and gluten free Penne to the boiling water to cook.
Step 4: When the Penne is Al dente (See packet instructions), drain it together with the broccoli.
Step 5: Return Penne and broccoli to the saucepan.
Step 6: Stir in the oil, garlic oil and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper and mix all ingredients together to combine.
Step 7: Garnish with grated parmesan to serve.
