Broccoli Parmesan Penne - (GF, EF, NF)

Gluten Free, Egg Free & Nut Free

  • 500g Penne pasta - gluten free / egg free

  • 500g frozen broccoli florets

  • 1 litre water

  • 2 tbsp garlic oil

  • ¾  cup olive oil

  • ¾  cup parmesan, grated

  • Salt

  • Pepper


  • Step 1: Place water in a large saucepan.

  • Step 2: Salt the water with 1 teaspoon of salt and bring the salted water to boil.

  • Step 3: Add the broccoli florets and gluten free Penne to the boiling water to cook.

  • Step 4: When the Penne is Al dente (See packet instructions), drain it together with the broccoli.

  • Step 5: Return Penne and broccoli to the saucepan.

  • Step 6: Stir in the oil, garlic oil and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper and mix all ingredients together to combine.

  • Step 7: Garnish with grated parmesan to serve.
