INGREDIENTS:
100g butter, softened
1 ½ cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 ½ cups plain flour
1 banana, mashed
½ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp milk
½ tsp baking soda
METHOD:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C.
Step 2: Place baking paper on 2 flat oven trays.
Step 3: Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Step 4: Spoon the mixture evenly into 12 balls. Place on tray 10cm apart.
Step 5: Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden.
Step 6: Allow to cool on wire rack.
Step 7: Serve.
