415g can red salmon, drained and flaked
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
½ cup parmesan, grated
¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
Spray olive oil
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spray oil.
Step 2: Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Step 3: Roll 2 tablespoons of mixture into a ball and slightly flatten into a patty shape.
Step 4: Place the patty onto the lined baking tray.
Step 5: Repeat this method to create 8 patties on the tray.
Step 6: Spray patties with oil and place in oven.
Step 7: Bake for 15-20 minutes.
