Baked Salmon - (GF, EF, DF, NF)

Gluten Free, Egg Free, Dairy Free & Nut Free

COOK TIME: 1hr SERVES: 6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1kg Salmon, filleted

  • 2 tbsp garlic oil

  • ½ cup soy sauce - gluten free

  • ½  tsp ginger powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp pepper

  • ½ cup lemon juice

  • Spray Olive oil


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C and line a large baking dish with baking paper and spray oil.

  • Step 2: Place the filleted Salmon in the baking dish, on top of the baking paper.

  • Step 3: Marinade the Salmon in the baking dish, with gluten free soy sauce, ginger, lemon juice and garlic oil. Turn twice, to coat well.

  • Step 4: Season with the salt and pepper.

  • Step 5: Spray the fillets with spray oil and cover dish with foil.

  • Step 6: Cook covered for 60 minutes.

  • Step 7: Serve.
