INGREDIENTS:
1kg Salmon, filleted
2 tbsp garlic oil
½ cup soy sauce - gluten free
½ tsp ginger powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ cup lemon juice
Spray Olive oil
METHOD:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C and line a large baking dish with baking paper and spray oil.
Step 2: Place the filleted Salmon in the baking dish, on top of the baking paper.
Step 3: Marinade the Salmon in the baking dish, with gluten free soy sauce, ginger, lemon juice and garlic oil. Turn twice, to coat well.
Step 4: Season with the salt and pepper.
Step 5: Spray the fillets with spray oil and cover dish with foil.
Step 6: Cook covered for 60 minutes.
Step 7: Serve.
