Baked Mini Crab Balls

COOK TIME: 20min SERVES: 3-4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 340g canned crab meat

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

  • ½ cup parmesan, grated

  • ¼ cup fresh dill, finely chopped

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp ground pepper

  • Spray olive oil

  • Tartare sauce


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spray oil.

  • Step 2: Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  • Step 3: Roll 12 mini crab cake balls.

  • Step 4: Place the crab cake balls onto the lined baking tray.

  • Step 5: Spray crab balls with oil and place in oven.

  • Step 6: Bake for 15-20 minutes.

  • Step 7: Serve with a side of Tartare dipping sauce.
