340g canned crab meat
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
½ cup parmesan, grated
¼ cup fresh dill, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
Spray olive oil
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spray oil.
Step 2: Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Step 3: Roll 12 mini crab cake balls.
Step 4: Place the crab cake balls onto the lined baking tray.
Step 5: Spray crab balls with oil and place in oven.
Step 6: Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Step 7: Serve with a side of Tartare dipping sauce.
