INGREDIENTS:
½ Red cabbage, thinly sliced
3 carrots, shredded
½ cup pomegranate seeds
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 sprigs parsley (optional)
½ tsp salt
METHOD:
Step 1: Place the washed cabbage and carrots in a large salad bowl.
Step 2: Add the pomegranate seeds.
Step 3: Dress the salad with olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and salt.
Step 4: Toss all ingredients together to combine well.
Step 5: Garnish with parsley (optional) and serve.
