Apple Cinnamon Puree

PREP TIME: 10min

COOK TIME: 15min SERVES: 4-6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 apples

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

METHOD:

  • Step 1: Peel and chop apples.

  • Step 2: Place chopped apples into a medium size saucepan. Add water to cover.

  • Step 3: Place saucepan over medium heat and bring to boil.

  • Step 4: Lower heat and cook apples covered for 15 minutes or until tender.

  • Step 5: Drain apples from water and add cinnamon.

  • Step 6: Use a stick mixer or blender to puree.

  • Step 7: Allow the puree to cool slightly and serve warm.
