INGREDIENTS:
5 apples
1 tsp ground cinnamon
METHOD:
Step 1: Peel and chop apples.
Step 2: Place chopped apples into a medium size saucepan. Add water to cover.
Step 3: Place saucepan over medium heat and bring to boil.
Step 4: Lower heat and cook apples covered for 15 minutes or until tender.
Step 5: Drain apples from water and add cinnamon.
Step 6: Use a stick mixer or blender to puree.
Step 7: Allow the puree to cool slightly and serve warm.
