Apple Cinnamon Lemonade

PREP TIME: 10min

SERVES: 6-8

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ cups lemon juice

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 6 cups apple juice

  • 1 apple, thinly sliced

  • ½ cup boiling water

  • 1 tsp cinnamon 

  • 6-8 sprigs fresh rosemary


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Place sugar, cinnamon and boiling water in a mixing bowl and stir until sugar dissolves.

  • Step 2: Once cooled, pour sugar water into a pitcher.

  • Step 3: Add the apple juice and lemon juice to the pitcher and stir well to combine.                            

  • Step 4: Serve the lemonade with apple slices and springs of rosemary for flavour.
