Apple & Cauliflower Puree

PREP TIME: 10min

COOK TIME: 15min SERVES: 4-6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 apples

  • 250g frozen cauliflower florets


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Peel and chop the apples and place them in a medium size saucepan with the cauliflower florets.

  • Step 2: Add water to cover all ingredients.

  • Step 3: Place saucepan over medium heat and bring to boil.

  • Step 4: Lower heat and cook apples and cauliflower covered for 10 minutes or until tender.

  • Step 5: Drain apples and cauliflower and use a stick mixer or blender to puree.

  • Step 6: Allow the puree to cool slightly and serve warm.
